All purchases must be paid in full before delivery.

METHOD OF PAYMENTS

We accept cash or checks at this time. If you are paying by check then the items you order will not be delivered until the check is verified and cleared. We accept credit card payments to make transactions more convenient threw paypal.

DELIVERY

THERE IS A DELIVERY CHARGE THAT IS BASED ON THE QUANTITY OF FURNITURE YOU ORDER AND TRAVEL TIME..

If you live in one of our standard Delivery Zones (the long beach Area, Los Angeles Area, or other areas on our map) you can expect your delivery 1- 4 days from the time that you make your purchase, providing that all the items on your order are in stock and available. Pick-ups are available on a case by case basis and will be determined by us depending on the purchase and a fee will still be charged for that service. And if you live out of our delivery zone and want your item to be shipped to you we will try to accommodate you and it will have to be sent either FedEx or UPS and you will be responsible for the charges.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If there is a factory defect, you have 1 week from the time it was purchased to return it and after the item is inspected and proven to be a factory defect on then at that time you will be issued a new one.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

The only way that a return can be made is if there is a factory defect.

all sales are final and if the situation arises where something needs to be returned it is solely up to us at all in the family, and there will be a 25 percent restock fee and possibly shipping and handleing fees for the return of the item which you the customer will be responsible for, and another item can be selected but there are no cash refunds .
